Q) Do you get paid during training?

A) Unfortunately no. CMC Universal serves as a contractor that provides talent to AVS. Their policy does not factor in reimbursement for training. However, training is not lengthy, and once you have obtained certification, you are able to start generating revenue immediately.

Q) Is equipment provided?

A) All CSP's must provide their own equipment in order to be successful. Please visit the training and resources page for further information.

Q) Are you a legitimate company?

A) It has proven cost-effective for many organizations to out source certain aspects of their labor force. Customer Service Departments are often affected by these business decisions. The CMC Universal/Arise Virtual Solutions partnership is the out sourcing solution for our servicing providers. When joining our team, you are classified as an Customer Service Professional (CSP), under our banner. You are NOT a direct employee of the service providers. Therefore, individual Human Resource Departments are not involved in the recruitment process, nor are they notified when CSP's are hired with our company.

Q) Are health benefits offered for employees?

A) Unfortunately, no. CSP's are encouraged to explore coverage offered by State Health Programs, The Affordable Care Act, and Individual and Family Plans offered through private insurance companies.

A) Unfortunately no. Due to tax laws, CSP's are unable to operate out of the following states : California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
