After actively serving my country in the Marine Corps, I quickly discovered that my strengths lie in unconventional employment avenues. To reach this conclusion, I have just about done it all from back breaking work in a dusty warehouse, to your friendly neighborhood salesman who you refuse to open the door for (lol,) ecommerce, owning a retailer, and all points in between. With each position held, the common thread is that being the executor of decisions and maintaining a flexible lifestyle was paramount to me.

A friend introduced me to Arise Virtual Solutions, and my life has never been the same. I started in the trenches as a Customer Service Professional (CSP,) and a fire lit inside me as I found untapped potential that I didn't know existed. The “powers that be” recognized the star quality also, and I quickly rose through the ranks to become the highest male producer. While I was honored, my drive would not let me end there. Thus, CMC Universal was born.

Operating CMC Universal has been a game changer in many ways. Aside from the positives such as the unlimited earning potential, incredible partners, and flexibility - I’m also able to be instrumental in going to bat for those that have been in a rut and no longer want to be in the “cubicle farm”. It’s important for me to constantly strive to be a better son, father, and business owner. AVS allows me the opportunity to better my best.

I began my career 24 years ago in Hospitality Management, with a background in Sales, Management and Culinary Arts.  I have worked as a Bartender, Staff Trainer, Restaurant Supervisor and General Manager, growing with companies that provided great opportunities to move forward and based their salesmanship on extreme attention to detail.  I eventually gravitated to owning a catering company, gaining successful "agent to client" rapports, repeat customers and referrals.  I love talking!

Once the industry began to demand long hours and lack of sleep, I decided to switch things up and find a way to create my own schedule.  Six years ago, I entered into the world of Working From Home and that's when I met Corey.  He was a great agent and I thoroughly enjoyed his work ethic.  He was the "second" hardest working agent that I knew.

I've had the pleasure of servicing several clients through the Arise Portal and haven't looked back since! 

In the beginning of 2021, Corey reached out and offered me "The Opportunity of a Lifetime" and I couldn't resist!  I'm now assisting him along this journey of success in a role of partnership, leadership and friendship.

I train Work From Home agents to provide excellent customer service for individual companies with responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative. We deal in technology, sales, account transactions, multi-tasking, computer navigation, multiple monitor technology and customer interactions.

You'll definitely receive some sort of contact from me; by either phone call, text message or email.  And I send out a LOT!  I like to keep my agents in the loop and on top of things when it comes to becoming an amazing Work From Home Specialist.  This company wouldn't be where it is today without all of the Lead Administrators, staff and our wonderful agents!  So keep up the good work and let's continue on this journey of success with CMC Universal and take the world by storm!
